These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the website lucie-eleme.com.
By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms in full.
The website lucie-eleme.com reserves the right to modify these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.

Article 1 – Purpose and Seller Identification
These terms govern the sale of ceramic items offered by the business Lucie LE MIGNOT, operated by Lucie Le Mignot, via the website lucie-eleme.com.

Article 2 – Prices
Prices are in Euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping fees.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the items and will be shown at checkout.
For orders outside mainland France, the buyer is considered the importer and may be subject to customs duties or local taxes. These costs are the buyer's sole responsibility, both in terms of declaration and payment to the appropriate authorities.
All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in Euros.
Lucie LE MIGNOT reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price billed is the one in effect at the time of order, subject to availability.
Items remain the property of Lucie LE MIGNOT until full payment has been received.
⚠️ Once you take physical possession of the items, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you.
Article 3 – Orders

Lucie LE MIGNOT reserves the right to reject a payment or order, particularly in case of supply issues or order-related difficulties.
Article 4 – Order Confirmation
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Order confirmation constitutes full agreement with these terms.
The data provided and the recorded confirmation serve as proof of transaction.
The confirmation also serves as a signature and acceptance of the sale.
Article 5 – Payment
Placing an order implies an obligation to pay the indicated price.
Payment is due immediately, including for pre-orders.
Payment may be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
For purchases made outside France, an international bank card is required.
Once the transaction is initiated, it is immediately charged after verification.
In accordance with French monetary and financial law, payment by card is irrevocable.
By entering their banking information, the Client authorizes Lucie LE MIGNOT to debit their card for the indicated amount. The Client confirms they are the legal cardholder and have the right to use it.
In the event of an error or inability to charge the card, the sale will be cancelled.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing justification or paying penalties.
To do so, email your request to lucie.eleme@gmail.com, clearly stating your wish to cancel, along with your full name, shipping and billing address, order number, and the date of receipt.
If exercised within the deadline, the price of the products and outbound shipping fees will be refunded. Return shipping is at your expense.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging, accessories, and instructions. Any damage may void the right of withdrawal.
A copy of the purchase receipt must be included. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned parcel.
// EXCEPTIONS //
Custom-made or clearly personalized items, or items used in ways that prevent resale, are not eligible for withdrawal, as outlined in articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Article 7 – Availability
Items are offered while supplies last.
Most pieces are made to order, with an estimated timeframe of 3 to 4 weeks.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified by email and refunded.
The website reserves the right to decline large quantity orders.
Article 8 – Delivery
Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout, within the timeframe shown.
If delayed, you may cancel the order as per legal provisions (Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code).
If the item is delivered after cancellation, it will be refunded along with shipping costs (Article L 138-3).
The seller is not responsible for delays due to the customer being unavailable at delivery.
Article 9 – Guarantee
All items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects (Articles 1641+ of the Civil Code).
In the event of non-conformity, items may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery, via email.
Returned items must be complete and in original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
Shipping fees will be reimbursed at the rate charged, and return shipping refunded upon presentation of proof.
Reimbursement will be made within 30 days of receiving the return.
This does not affect your right of withdrawal (Article 6).
Article 10 – Liability
Products comply with French legislation.
Lucie LE MIGNOT cannot be held responsible for violations of the laws in the destination country.
The buyer is responsible for verifying local import or usage laws.
The seller is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or for Internet-related disruptions.
Article 11 – Disputes
These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, only French courts have jurisdiction.
Article 12 – Intellectual Property
Any unauthorized reproduction of the texts, comments, illustrations or photographs on lucie-eleme.com is prohibited.
Article 13 – Personal Data
The seller reserves the right to collect personal data to process orders and improve services.
Data may be shared with partner companies for service fulfilment.
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, or oppose your personal data via the website.
Article 14 – Archiving and Proof
The company will archive order confirmations and invoices in compliance with article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
