To create is to take time — time to learn, to pass on, to share.
Each piece I throw is an invitation to gentleness, to presence, to those moments we linger over around a table, together.

What if you took a moment to pause?

You're always on the go, your mind never stops, and you feel it's time to breathe...

Take a moment just for yourself. Far from stress and screens, come reconnect with your hands, your senses, and the present moment.

In my studio, located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris,
I offer you a true pause. Shaping clay, creating, breathing… Pottery soothes, grounds, and restores.

Give yourself this quiet time — simply.

Introductory sessions, evening classes, workshops — come enjoy a moment just for yourself in my ceramics studio in Ménilmontant.

Behind the scenes of my ceramics studio

At the end of a quiet courtyard in Ménilmontant, I shape clay, patience, and time.

I'm Lucie Eleme, a ceramicist, and in my studio, each piece is born from a slow gesture, from a deep listening to the material.
I create poetic and lasting ceramics, inspired by the seasons, the light, and the stories that hands know how to tell.

If you'd like to learn more about my journey, my inspirations, and studio life, I'm opening the doors to my world.

It’s a real gift to discover pottery with Lucie! She takes her time and puts you at ease. The way she speaks about and touches the clay is a beautiful reminder that it’s a living material, worthy of respect. Working on the potter’s wheel is deeply soothing — the clay feels so pleasant under your hands. Lucie adapted to my pace, and I was able to create two pieces while really understanding how a simple “lump of clay” transforms into a lovely coffee cup.
Bonus: the studio has big bay windows that open onto a little green space, and the community café that hosts it is full of life!
In short: pure joy!
